1. Merchandise 30-day Money Back Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your product for any reason you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling) or exchange.  Sorry, this does not apply to auctions, contests, and/or tickets.

Items must be unopened.

We do not accept items from orders that were shipped more than 30 days ago.

3. Return Instructions

Follow the instructions below to process your return and get a prompt refund.  If you are not completely satisfied with any product you buy from Judaica Sales, our returns policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return:

  • any unopened item, in new condition,

with its original packaging for a full refund.  Special orders and open product are non-returnable, and product must be in sellable condition.  We recommend using the original packaging for shipment. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Judaica Sales.

The return process is as simple as 1...2...3

STEP 1:  Just email us that you wish to return an item.  Our customer service representative will need to know why you want to return the item for our records.  You will then be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#).  To speed up the process, please email the following information

  • Order confirmation number
  • Name, phone number and email address
  • Product number and description
  • Reason for return

To get your Return Exchange Authorization Number (RA#), you may:

  • Click here to send a request for a return authorization number via email or,
  • Fax us at 1.425.793.3003 from anywhere

If we have made an error on your order we will send you return packaging to send the item(s) back to us postage paid. Please wait until you receive the return packaging. Once you receive the return packaging, re-package the item(s) in the supplied packaging and drop off at your nearest Post Office. Once we receive the returned merchandise we will refund your account.

STEP 2:  Clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the package.  That will speed up your refund.

STEP 3: We recommend sending the return to us via UPS,  or any other traceable method of shipment.

Once we receive the package we will refund the amount to the Credit Card the order was placed on. If you paid by Check or Money Order, we will send a refund within 30 days of the time we receive the merchandise in our warehouse.

If you request an exchange we will issue a new order once we receive the returned merchandise in our warehouse.

Note regarding Items;: We regret that we cannot accept item returns that have been opened unless there is a defect in the manufacturing.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

4. Credit Processing

Once we receive the package we will refund the amount on your Credit Card. If you paid by Check or Money Order, we will send a refund within 30 days of the time we receive the merchandise back.

If you do not receive credit for your return within the appropriate timeframe, please trace your return shipment using the tracking number provided to you by the shipper when you shipped the package.  If the tracking information indicates that Judaica Sales has received the package, please notify us as soon as possible. You may contact us via email.  Please be sure to include your order number or have it available when you contact us. 

We are not responsible for lost, misdirected, or damaged returns.
